I'm openly proclaiming my immorality, and proud of it too!
This is a classic jingoistic American
slogan, loudly brayed.
Evil doesn't get more blatant or naked
than this. To my knowledge, not even the Nazis went this far
rhetorically (although in their actions they certainly took barbarism
and evil to their limits).
